1. Scope

These terms govern all digital services and products provided by Force Dijital Hizmetler Ltd. Şti. Our products are delivered digitally — no physical goods are shipped. Access is granted upon successful payment.

2. Parties

Seller: Force Dijital Hizmetler Ltd. Şti., registered in Denizli, Turkey.

Buyer: The individual or entity purchasing access to our apps and services.

3. Licensing

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the purchased product. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Lifetime plans are single, non-renewing purchases that grant continued access to current and future content within the product scope.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed prior to checkout and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through iyzico. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Pricing errors may be corrected at any time.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refund eligibility depends on the product type and applicable consumer protection laws. For digital content accessed immediately upon purchase, the right of withdrawal may be waived as permitted by law.

6. Digital Delivery

Access to purchased products is granted instantly after successful payment. There is no physical shipping involved. Activation may require signing in with the email address used during purchase.

7. Your Obligations

• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Use the service lawfully and in compliance with applicable regulations
• Ensure your device meets the minimum OS and hardware requirements
• Do not share, redistribute, or resell access to paid content

Misuse of any service may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, and trademarks remain the property of Force Dijital Hizmetler Ltd. Şti. and its licensors. Reverse engineering, redistribution, scraping, or unauthorized sharing of any content is strictly prohibited.

9. Support

We provide email support for billing and technical issues at hello@force.codes. We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.

10. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as needed. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
